YOUTH/CHILDREN
SUNDAY SCHOOL
St. Stephen’s Sunday School meets from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM every Sunday in the downstairs Youth Room. Our Sunday school provides children ages 4 to 9 the opportunity to learn about God in a way that is both fun and easy for them to understand. We begin with group prayer. The children then explore the lesson for the day by listening to the Word. This is followed by a craft project or game focused on that day’s lesson. The children have a snack and some fellowship time before heading up to the Sanctuary to join the rest of the congregation for the exchange of the Peace and to participate in Holy Communion.
Parents are always welcome to join us for Sunday school. Likewise, we invite older youth to help the younger ones in worship.
YOUTH GROUP
St. Stephen’s Youth Group is a fun place for youth between the ages of 10 and 15 to learn about God through food, fun, fellowship, service projects and prayer. Youth Group meets twice a month, usually on the first and third Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the church. Friends who do not regularly attend St. Stephen’s are welcome to attend!
Youth Group for High School age teens meets at St. John’s Cathedral on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
