FELLOWSHIP

FELLOWSHIP GROUPS

At St. Stephen’s, we take seriously the words of St. Paul, that we are “the Body of Christ.” Relationships and fellowship are very important to us. The following groups meet for fellowship, friendship, and service to both the church and to the community:

Women in Ministry (formerly known as Episcopal Church Women ECW), a group comprised of all women in the parish and active in various events in the church;

Glastonbury Society, a fellowship group comprised of all retired and semi-retired men and of the parish, meeting monthly for lunch.  Their newspaper and aluminum can collection and recycling efforts raise money to fund numerous community outreach programs.

Sew ‘n Sow, an informal group of women and men who make quilts and knitted items that are given away to organizations that support children in need, and are occasionally sold as part of church fundraisers.
